HIGHLIGHTS:

	* Quantitative easing, for the most part, did not accelerate economic growth
	* Japan may be the exception due to vast QE, purchase of equities, corporate debt
	* Data also shows that reversal of QE was not a drag on growth as feared
	* Fed may be tempted with QE4 if U.S. economy slips into a recession
